Naomi Moneypenny is Chief Technology Officer at ManyWorlds where she leads their research and development team for the expertise graphing, recommendation & machine learning engine for Office 365, SharePoint, Yammer and Tibbr. She is also responsible for internal collaboration inc. devops for the organization. Naomi has deployed Office 365 including Yammer with some of the world’s largest organizations, specializing in a unique blend of business process alignment, technology expertise and behavioral change. Prior to ManyWorlds, Naomi was a senior business & IT strategist at the Royal Dutch/Shell Group. She developed advanced business strategies for business units and led Shell global technology forecasts & KM strategy. As a Microsoft MVP, Naomi is a frequent speaker at international events on enterprise social & collaboration, predictive analytics & business growth from innovative technology. Naomi also holds over 40 patents in adaptive systems and machine learning. Her formal education and continuing passion is in Astrophysics - as well as an executive program in strategy and M&A at Kellogg, Northwestern University.
